We found Mike through Homestars. He was more than pleasant and knowledgeable during his initial consultation. The shutters were installed throughout the entire 3 storey house including on a sliding balcony door/window and very large windows on the main floor.

I contacted Mike and M3 Design Group after searching for a reputable company to install shutters for my house. After reading numerous positive reviews I knew this company was who I wanted to do business with. Mike went over to the house (new build) and measured everything and was prepared for our appointment. He explained his product and we were sold. The shutters were installed before we moved into the house as promised and everything looks great. Installation took a few hours to complete and we could not be happier with the results.

After reading these reviews I decided to get in contact with Mike for an in-house consultation. He was accommodating and even arrived early on a Saturday morning. The whole quote process took less than 30 minutes; he measured 9 windows and quoted me a great price with everything included.

Shutters came much sooner than expected and installation was quick and efficient. Mike had everything completed in an hour on a Sunday night.

During the installation I requested he double check a few shutters since they were closing a little tight. He was able to adjust them without any problems.

I have no complaints, the shutters look top notch and Mike was great to work with. They really improved the atmosphere in and outside the house. I highly recommend M3 Design Group to anyone looking for wooden plantation shutters.

These shutters look great, worth the $$$! Delivered within the time frame specified. They are good quality and add so much to a home. The only suggestion I have for Mike is to use white hinges, so that they are not as conspicuous.
