After purchasing a bungalow I have planned adding a legal basement suite. It has been a lot of work, but when I was ready to tackle a good share of the work Rocco was there every step of the way. It was a pleasure dealing with The Architalcan Design, Inc. We have a relatively new home but were not happy with much of the main floor. Rocco the project manager helped us come up with a plan to upgrade our Living Room / Dining room area, main floor powder room and our study for a very reasonable price. Rocco was recommended by my friend who used him on multiple projects. For my house project it requires all most main floor walls removed and Rocco did a great job from first site visit all the way to get us permit, we highly recommend him for anyone starting a major renovation project.
