I had to put in place all drawings and all paperwork for my new basement that needed underpinning.

I was waiting to hire a contractor to begin a kitchen and bathroom renovation, but decided to move things along myself to get the needed permits. Rocco and Morteza were quick to help. They were extremely responsive to my many questions and demonstrated great knowledge. I wish all people in the renovation process were as easy to do deal with. I would hire them again in a second. Rocco provided very a Fast service and Drawings on a short time line for our LVL beam opening up our living room and kitchen to one room in our bungalow.

Rocco was amazing! His service is outstanding - friendly - detailed - and responsive. Ive already reccommended him to friends who are also renovating their homes or considering it and I would most certainly call him again for a project in the future!
