We were very pleased with the quick response to our request for a roof repair project. We appreciated speaking directly to a company representative and explaining our problem. The before and after pictures were valuable in showing us the repairs that were completed and in helping us assess our future needs. The worker who was sent to complete the job was informative and effecient.

We recently found that we had damaged shingles as a result of a corner of our 2nd floor eavestrough leaking onto a portion of the roof on the level below. MrRoofRepair responded quickly having a roofing specialist come out and assess the damage. I was e-mailed the pictures and quote within a day of the assessment and even spoke to the roofer to discuss other miscellaneous work while he was up on the roof.

As well as completing the requested work, the roofer took the opportunity to check for other problems and identified a spot where the flashing had pulled away and reattached it.

I had a very bad experience with one raccoon removal company half a year ago. Therefore, I did research myself before calling roof repair company. I called MrRoofRepair and they scheduled an appointment for me even if I am out of their service area. Arthur came to my home on time and right away he started to inspect my roof. He was very polite and professional. He explained to me the problem and removed the one-way door, put metal sheet underneath soffits and closed the hole so that raccoon will not be able to get in again. He cleaned the working area after he finished the job. Very satisfied their service and I will definitely will recommend them to my friends and will give my business to them again!

Price feels a little steep for what was a minor job. However, the repair was at the point on the roof the most difficult to reach, so I expect that to cost a bit more. From my perspective, I'd rather pay a bit more to get reliable, competent service. That's what they deliver.

was initially uncomfortable to order the roof repair without knowing of final amount and really didn’t want to pay for assessment, just in case if it would be too much and I will not do the repair. I have sent pictures of the roof problems I have in order to get at lease approximate amount required to do the work. I was quoted for 2.5 to 3 hours of work and have decided to set up the appointment. Arthur came in time, called me when he started the work. Did the work in the timely manner as was estimated by the pictures, I’ve sent. Photographs and invoice came later next day. Excellent service, knowledgeable estimate.

With Mr. Roof, right away I was explained exactly what the tune up will cover and if any further problems are discovered that are not covered, what my options are. I would definitely call them again if we need any service done in future and would recommend them to family and friends.
