Two shingles missing from roof when we moved in to our new home, no leaks, but inspector told us to get it repaired prior to next winter as preventative maintenance. MrRoofRepair did an excellent job and met expectations; Trish in customer service was very responsive - if I left a message she would respond in a timely manner either by phone or email (or both). Arthur was also very professional - he arrived within 30mins of the arranged time, which is well within expectations given traffic in peak hour; but Arthur also phoned ahead in advance to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. While the roof tune-up service from Mr Roof Repair is probably not the cheapest available (flat rate means you effectively pay the equivalent of 2 hours labour for 1 hour service - or in my case even shorter because the job was simple) I still feel that the price was worth it. On the job, Arthur was friendly and efficient. He was happy to offer advice on general roof maintenance and signs to keep an eye on in future, but he did not try to sell me a whole new replacement roof, nor did I feel like I was being pressured into paying for something I didn't need. The terms of the contract were explained clearly upfront, so I knew exactly what I would be paying and what to expect. Plus I believe there would be very few established companies that would even bid on a job this small! Photos before and after are a nice bonus because it gives a good baseline as a new owner, and peace of mind in seeing the work that was done. I would use MrRoofRepair again, and recommend them to others.
