Chris came out on a Saturday night and was quick and thorough. He answered all our questions. We also appreciated he was able to provide us some follow-up next steps so we could make sure our house was safe for our family.

Had evidence of water damage on my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. I called Mr. Rooter at noon and already had a scheduled appointment for 6PM that night. Aaron showed up a few minutes early and was very nice from the get-go. He assessed the situation and didn't jump to worst-case-scenario to cut my ceiling open. Instead he gave us all options and explained each one and why. After we decided, Aaron carefully cut open our drywall instead and found our problem and fixed it for us at a good price. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Aaron!

Kris did work at my house this morning he was very friendly and professional explained the things he was doing to me, took away a lot of worry. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends.

Scott arrived as scheduled, presented his card (to identify himself) and proceeded to get right to work
He needed to find the best access to the drain and remained professional and polite even though I couldn’t be of much help - what do I know about plumbing?! He had to go through the toilet drain, scoped the problem and showed me the roots that are way down there
He even paced out the distance in my yard and gave his best guess as to which direction the drain flows
He really helped me to understand the situation
He took the time required to clear the drain and I am very satisfied with his work
Scott was friendly and I felt comfortable with him and I trust his expertise

The service tech was very knowledgeable, and was courteous. We were very satisfied with his efforts. There will be no hesitation to use this company again should we require their services.

He got in there and diagnosed the issue quickly. He fixed the issue and took a look at multiple washrooms to fix multiple issues to make the time most while.
