I was provided with excellent plumbing service and related advice in other areas of the home. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend his and the company's service.

Needed a small old redundant valve removed from copper pipe. Will (Plumber) was professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Estimate was accurate, and the free plumbing home inspection included in the visit was great value for money, off-set the hourly rate that is relatively high. Would certainly use Mr. Rooter again for small job around the home.

We were experiencing some back up of water into the set tub when the kitchen sink or dishwasher drained. Our technician took photos, inspected the pipes and ran some tests before giving us the estimate. In hindsight, given the amount of work that was involved, the price was accurate. Access to the pipes was not possible at the optimal basement level due to seized parts (the joy of an older home) which meant working through the kitchen drain pipe to snake the pipe...a long and messy job. In the process, one of the parts developed a leak due to a crack, which our technician undertook to repair on his own time. We really appreciated his efforts and the cost savings. TSP does wonders on the greasy spatters caused with this kind of work. Our technician also recommended steps to prevent this kind of blockage in the future.

Had a backed up toilet and also had water emerging from basement drain. Technician did diagnosis, figured out problems, provided an estimate and then completed the work. Very professional, helpful, friendly and competent. Was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend the company/ The technician was excellent.

Paul was amazing. From the initial quote, which was informative, no pressure & genuine, to the work performed a week later. We were his last call of the day, but his friendly demenour never faltered. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything as he was working. He answered all my many questions, gave us tips & advice on our other plumbing related projects, and he generally made a stressful event actually pleasant, in the end. He really went above and beyond.

From the friendly and efficient receptionist to the professional competent technician (Richard) who came to my door the same day. This company gets five stars from me. Furthermore, the service call was provided at no charge! I will be sure to call Mr. rooter should I have a plumbing issue in the future...r

The technician who came was great and very responsible problem was solved, and he did not leave until he made sure everything was working properly. Based on my experience I would recommend this company. The only downside is that it is quite expensive.

I’m very pleased with the work Mr. Rooter did for me earlier this month. I had bought a new bathroom vanity without getting advice from a plumber. The old vanity had one sink. The new vanity has two. It was a much bigger job than I expected.

The office staff at Mr. Rooter were very patient as I set up and cancelled several different appointments. When I finally DID commit to Mr. Rooter (with whom I’d previously had good experiences), it proved to be an excellent decision. They arrived exactly on time and carried out the work in precisely the time provided in their estimate. They cleaned up all the mess and explained what they had done. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home.

I woke up to the sound of water running and found the toilet was at fault. I called Mr Rooter emergency line and an appointment was set up for later the same day. When the plumber came he inspected the toilet and explained in detail what the situation was and what my choices were. He also explained the cost before he fixed it. He worked tirelessly for around five hours as I had also asked him to check my other two toilets. I was and am completely satisfied.

Technician Paul Upper went out of his way to come to our house at the end of his day. He spent almost an hour checking all the drains, running the water at each drain, checking the pipes in the basement and explaining in good detail everything he was doing and what must have cause the noise coming from all the drains earlier in the day. He was personable and professional. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter service again.
