Adel was very helpful and courteous in our phone conversations. Their emails are very clear, concise and informative. When Dalton (the technician) showed up, he was on time, very professional and so helpful with all of my questions about the carpet. From start to finish it was a very positive experience and the carpet looks fantastic!

The technician arrived as planned. He quickly toured the house, notes issues and got straight to work. When he completed the work, he walked us around the floors and confirmed that we were happy with the job he had done, noting areas that were discussed before starting. The service from 416-So-Clean is excellent. I received a reminder a day before the service. I got a call 45 minutes before the arrival.
