Very professional. Friendly service and the communication before the visit was professional and comprehensive. The technician was in time and knowledgeable about his work. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The fellows were very polite, pleasant, informative and thorough. No complaints at all. The proximity of drive vs house was out of reach for their machinery so they were able to adjust to the situation by using a portable machine. Which worked just as well.

We called to have our sofa and chairs cleaned. The process to book an appointment was super simple. I had a call back within ten minutes to confirm the date and location. The crew arrived exactly on time and even put on foot coverings to protect my floors. They did an excellent an thorough job and were super polite. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time that we have used 416-SO-CLEAN for our carpet and upholstery cleaning. Their technicians Matthew & Justen called to say that they were running ahead of schedule and arrived approx. an hour earlier than scheduled. They explained what they were about do and asked if we had any particular concerns etc.
The work was completed promptly and thoroughly and they replaced some pieces of furniture that we had moved without us asking.

We suffered a small flood and needed to disinfect and dry out a small portion of our basement carpet. Afeefa answered every question and made sure that we were maximizing our value (there is a minimum fee, which makes sense, so she suggested other areas that we could clean). The cleaners showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Everything was as requested, and stress-free. Would recommend 416-So-Clean in a heartbeat.

I recently had 416-SO-CLEAN come in and clean a couch and loveseat that are microfibre and show every little thing.
My main reason was to have cat hair and cat drool marks removed as best they could.
I wasn't expecting the items to come out spotless, but they did.
The gentlemen who came to perform the service were very nice, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Right down to removing their shoes when they entered the door.
I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

The bottom line is you want clean rugs. That it comes with professional and polite service is certainly a plus. They showed up on time, they did a great job and even left extra booties! My new favourite carpet and upholstery cleaners. Highly recommend them.
