SO-CLEAN

I hired 416-SO-CLEAN to come and clean the carpets in my grandmothers house which have probably not been done in 20+ years. They were excellent - from the initial scheduling call, to the confirmation email, to the service itself. The technicians were extremely professional and friendly, and patient/courteous considering they were dealing with a 95 year old and her caregivers. The whole process took just over an hour and the carpets look completely different. Would highly recommend.

Matt and Justin arrived on time and started to remove several years of neglect from our furniture and carpet. They did an amazing job in getting out all of the signs of daily life plus the consequences of canine errors of judgment. They made friends with our two dogs who were then happy to let them work. Efficient and personable, Matt and Justin explained everything and did a walk through prior to leaving to ensure I was happy.

I had the team come in to clean the ducts in my house and they hadn't been done in about 10 years from the looks of it. The team were so friendly and clearly explained to me what they were doing before they go to work. They were fast, clean and efficient. Quick and friendly response to quote and appointment set up. Terrific with answering questions. The cleaning was done decently but I noticed that they did not consistently clean right to the edges, baseboards and corners. When I was asked later how the appointment went and presented my concerns, the company did not hesitate to apologize and return to ensure all was rectified. The speed and genuine concern for my satisfaction left me in awe because rarely do other service companies do this. I was very happy with Daultony and Rafael (I'm sorry about the spelling of their names). They were extremely polite and explained what they were going to do. They also let me know about things that affect the cleaning of the carpets, e.g. dirty air ducts. They provided us with plastic booties to be worn until the carpets were dry - much appreciated. Arrived on time and called to say they'd be there in 15 minutes.

Our beige carpets were quite dirty with a variety of difficult stains that needed removing from makeup to coffee to vomit to paint. Matt and Justen treated and removed the stains and cleaned the carpets perfectly. We were shocked when we returned and the carpeting throughout the entire house was like new. We had actually thought we would have to replace the carpets the stains were so bad so we were thrilled at the results. Matt and Justen were efficient, professional and friendly and we would highly recommend you request them particularly if you have difficult stains to remove. We have been using 416-so-clean since 2014 and have been very happy with the quality of carpet cleaning. Booking appointments with Adel is quick and just last week Matt and Justen did a great job cleaning our bedroom carpets and area rugs. They also give customers complimentary bottles of professional grade spot cleaning which is worth its weight in gold - seriously this stuff is awesome.

Excellent customer service, great communication (e-mails confirming details/scope of work), and friendly/thorough/courteous staff. We had our couch, arm chair, area rug, and carpeting on stairs cleaned. It was nice to see the original colour of our furniture/carpet again!

Matt and Justen were superb. They were very efficient, checked exactly what we wanted doing, and went far beyond what was necessary. They were very interactive and assisted in getting our three rescued cats outside. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. We heartily recommend them.
