In our experience all employees are polite and accommodating and we were lucky to be able to schedule this year's cleaning at short notice. Covid safety protocols were carefully followed. We hired 416 So Clean to clean the runner on our staircase. They did an outstanding job. The carpet is old and sees alot of people and pet traffic. After the cleaning, it looked and feels like new. Richard was polite, friendly and did the work efficiently and in a tidy manner. We will use them again.

Adel and his team came in and took care of everything. Carpets were deep cleaned and odors removed. Were pretty sure color changed back to its original color once they were done. The entire team was professional, courteous and thorough. My father in law ended up booking them for the week after to get his carpets cleaned also (Great referral program) These guys know how to treat the carpets, a rental machine from home depot cannot compare to the quality and care put behind their work.

This was our 3rd time using 410-SO-CLEAN and we were completely satisfied with the job. The 2 very friendly technicians arrived at the scheduled time (wearing masks) and promptly set to work cleaning our hall & living room carpet as well as a sofa and chair.

We are very pleased with the result especially as there were some heavily trafficked areas on the carpet.
