Having had experiences with many local trade/technician types, the first thing which impressed me with 416 So Clean was how quickly the organization reacted to my request, and set me up with an service appointment.

Related to this point, I was impressed when the technicians arrive 2 minutes before the designated time, very rare trait in this time we live in.
The technicians - Abed and Paulo entered our home to survey the job, and then jumped into action, by first spraying stubborn stains. Along every step of the cleaning, utmost care was taken to ensure our home was not damaged. The team, was very efficient, and the job was completed in just over 2 hours.

Unfortunately we encountered a couple of pet stains caused by the previous owner, and by NO means an issue related to 416 So Clean When I called 416 So Clean, I had not 1, but 2 return visits to take care of the stains to my satisfaction.

Concluding, 416 So Clean takes customer service and customer satisfaction to another high level! I plan to stay in touch with Adel (the owner) and use his services for any additional cleaning needs, and to use his other umbrella companies for the other services he offers.

We have used this company for many years and are never disappointed. The staff are reliable, honest, very polite and hard working. Today they cleaned our light coloured living room and dining room carpets, including a dark stain resulting from a spill at Christmas. The carpets look like new and there isnt a trace of the stain. We will continue to use this company and highly recommend them!!

Adel did a great job getting some old stains out of carpet and made some couches look new again. We had some challenges with weather which had an impact on scheduling but everyone was very accommodating and the job got done on time. I would use 416 so Clean again and recommend them

Adel and Paul arrived exactly on time (8am) - great communication throughtout booking process- worked efficiently, very polite, sofas look great! Finished in less than 2 hours. I would definitely use again.
