Roof Pro + Cannington is one of the most professional companies we have worked with. Right from the sale/estimate call from Frank right to the end of the project, Frank's team wa punctual, polite & really knew their business! Our very large roof was complete in two days! Great care was taken with our property. Everything was left spotless. I can't say enough about Frank, his crew & Roof Pro +.

We had our roof done in 2009 by another company. By the fall of 2010 we had a water leak. We called in Roof Pro and they diagnosed the cause as improper installation of the ice and water shield material. They fixed it promptly, for a fair price and it is dry since. This Spring they came and looked at the rest of our roof to report on the ice shield and they did not even charge us. Frank Soule is that rare type in this business, fair, honest and does what he promises. I wish you had 11 star ratings!

My husband and I thought our roof was leaking as puddles of water were found in the garage and the wood in the ceiling of the garage seemed to be quite wet. Roof Pro+ was recommended to us. Frank came, inspected out roof did a minor repair around the vent said that should take care of it and that our roof seemed to be fine. To keep an eye on it and call him back if any further problems. I did notice one other minor thing about a week later about what I thought was another problem. After consulting with someone else Frank called me right back and again it was a minor thing. He knew his work and did not charge me a cent or try to tell us that something needed done which did not. Very much appreciated and it the time comes when we do need major repair/replacement work done we will definately call Roof Pro +.

Roof Pro just finished re-doing our roof and they were a pleasure to deal with. 13 years ago I had the roof of our house done with IKO shingles shortly after moving in. These shingles had a 25 year warranty but lasted only 13 years before falling apart. When I pursued my warranty I was offered about $650 worth of product. No labour and no damages. When I contacted Roof Pro, they were quick to respond and informed me of more than a few shortcomings in the previous work. Their quote was more detailed, contained considerably more benefits, offered a much better materials and came in at a much better price. A great experience all the way around. Highly reccomended!

When Frank came to quote us he was one of only 2 companies that came in and spent time going over everything with us. He was knowledgable and thorough and extremely easy to deal with. The team that showed up to do the actual job were also a great group of guys - very polite and pleasant. They did an exceptional job replacing the roof and cleaning up the yard after they were done. We were pleased to see that they moved everything away from the house and covered the bay windows and doors of both ours and our neighbour's house before beginning work. I had other quotes with prices all over the map; Roof Pro's quote was not the highest nor the lowest. This company is cost effective,quick,and reliable. They did a great job,I would reccommend them with no question. The roof looks good, and they cleaned up after themselves. Frank helped picked out the colour and style his remarks were bang on.

In April I had another firm replace the shingles on my two sunrooms. Simple job. Took them 3-4 days. The workmanship was so poor you would not believe me if I described it - and they never finished. Crew never returned. After waiting for 4 months and listening to countless promises that they'd return, I decided to hire someone else to finish the job.

I hired "Roof Pro +" based on reading reviews on Homestars.

A world of difference, starting with the initial visit to review the job. Frank Soule was here for nearly 1.5 hours looking at what had been done and discussing how best to proceed. I opted for ripping it apart and starting from scratch rather than trying to fix the mess. I also decided to do main structure and garage, which would have to be done in a few years anyway.

Frank's crew arrived right on time a few days later and had the entire job done by 3:30 that afternoon. The guys were very careful about not ruining my wife's extensive flower gardens - without any promting from me. They injured only one small plant - which I consider a major miracle. After the work was finished they thoughly cleaned everything, swept the roof, hand cleaned the eavetroughs, cleaned their smudges and finger prints off the siding (!!), and spent a lot of time policing the ground for nails and bits of old shingles.

I now have an attractive looking roof that I don't mind looking at and I no longer worry about leaks or floods as I did after the last job was done.

Roof Pro + were extremely professional with strong work ethics and a company you can trust. They worked well as a team, were professional in every manner and didn't rush through the sale or the job itself. They took their time to explain everything that needed to be done to accomplish my end result. I had a very complex roofing job and they handled it perfectly. From beginning to end there was nothing I would have changed with this company. They even cleaned up after themselves which is not always the case with some other companies I have dealt with. I can't compliment this group of individuals enough!! All companies should be this amazing!!
