Mister Plumber

We had just moved into our new home and immediately came across some plumbing issues that the home inspection did not reveal. We called Mister Plumber and had Andrew and his son Alex show up early the next day. The problem was accessed and fixed quickly. They explained what was to be done and why and then got right to it. VERY kind and VERY professional. Highly recommended!!!

This morning we woke up to a plugged kitchen drain. Lovely! I tried to snake the pipe to no avail so I called Mister Plumber. Andrew and his son Alex were terrific to deal with. No surprises and were quite patient as they took me through the process of fixing the block. Runs like new! The additional benefit is they had a look at a couple of toilets (basement and main floor) and gave me advice about how to stop some running water. I'll be calling them again!

I had an urgent repair to be done in the middle of winter. Not only did Andrew come to my house promptly in the morning, during a snow storm, he completed the repair in less than an hour and then spent another hour evaluating my plumbing and giving me tips and advice. He imparted much of his 25+ years wisdom upon me.

We discovered a leak in the pipes in the ceiling of our laundry room late one night. Andrew and his son Alex came the next morning to look at it. They had to go to another job, but came back later that day with parts to fix it. They were very friendly, and did a great job in a very tight space. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or to recommend them to our friends.

Andrew and his son Alex responded to our call for a semi-urgent water valve and toilet replacement right away - they provided a highly competitive quote for the job, and even gave us a great recommendation on where to get a new toilet for a really good price. When they arrived, they both put on boot covers (to avoid scuffing the floors) and got right to work - finishing the job in record time. I cannot recommend these two highly enough - they are both extremely nice people who's work is as good as it gets at an amazing price.

Igor did a great job replacing the clay waste pipes in our 100-year-old Toronto home. We now have modern waste plumbing and no worries about the possibility of sewer back-ups, thanks to the simultaneous installation of a backwater valve and sump pump. The crew were quick and professional, and we particularly appreciated their thorough clean-up afterward.

I have called Vlad when I found my old clay sewer drain problem in my basement. At first, I thought the problem could be fixed in a day, but it turned our we had to replace whole drain system by digging all my basement through out until my property line that took more than 2 days. The partner of Vlad, Igor gave us new quotation then scheduled the work very quickly. It was so expensive experience to have this kind of unexpected drain system issue in my 66-year-old house, but I hope there will be no further issue in my house anymore. This cost was including whole drain pipes replacement, install a new backwater valve, replace a new water line, and camera inspection as well.

They were friendly, prompt, professional and courteous; an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Andrzej reviewed the plumbing and offered some suggestions for avoiding potential problems in the kitchen. As for the reason we called – the mysterious smell from the basement turned out to be a non-issue. Our sewer pipes were clean and had no structural issues. The best money ever spent!
