Vlad was very helpful and his crew were great. They were quick and replaced the private side of he lead pipe with no issues. I would recommend them highly. We had an issue with the city and our shut off at the street but the guys came back as soon as it was fixed and stayed late to finish the job. Vlad's price was very competitive.

We had a leaking bathroom tap. Vlad came and analyzed the problem. We purchased a new tap Vlad came by and removed the olde one and reinstalled a new tap.nit. .

Vlad know his profession well. The job he did is cleaner, neater and far better than our previous installation. It was a pleasure to have Vlad in our home and we look forward to calling him again when needed.

The service we received was professional from the time we sent Vlad our Email Request. Prompt response to our query and Vlad was over at our convenience to see and provided a competitive amount for the task. Work was completed to our satisfaction at the date when we were told this would be done.

I called Mister Plumber after hours about a leaky toilet that was getting progressively worse. The owner answered the phone after two rings, he was on my doorstep in 20 minutes and replaced the pump within half an hour. Now that's service.

In order to install new backsplash, out kitchen faucet had to be disonnected and then reinstalled later. Mister Plumber arrived exactly on schedule for both appointments. His work was most efficient and neat. There was nothing to clean up afterwards. Mister Plumber is extremely courteous and respectful.

Slow sewage flow due to root intrusions and broken clay tiles with the possibility of a sewage back-up into the basement led us to find recommendations for plumbers from a contractor with whom we had dealt before.

Mister Plumber was recommended and within a couple of days a camera survey revealed the problems in the sewer line. After the survey, the proposed work was clearly explained - backwater valve with Y connection replacement in the basement and dual cleanouts outside - and estimates drawn up. We saw the costs as reasonable and engaged Mr. Plumber to proceed with the work as soon as practicable.

The work started the very next day (Saturday) on the cleanouts outside, completed on Monday. The interior work started on Monday for, complete with required permits. The city inspector approved the work on Wednesday and all was completed by Wednesday night.

The two Mister Plumber staff who did the work were couteous, considerate in minimizing any disruptions, exercised great dust control when breaking through the basement concrete floor for the backwater valve and left everything neat and tidy when the completed the job.

I had previously been quoted a figure for this job that seemed really high. Sure enough, multiple other quotes, including the one from Mister Plumber, were all much less.

I was impressed with Mister Plumber,s quick response and offer to come out to replace my faucet right away so I went with them. And I am glad that I did.

Ask for Vlad when you go with these guys. He did an outstanding job. The work was done rally well, he took the time to patiently explain things to me. He was exceptionally polite and professional.

I will be calling them next time I need a plumber and you should too.

We had several plumbing issues we wanted to fix in our home. The copper pipe attached to our hot water tank was corroded, our old concrete laundry sink was leaky, our powder room toilet was cracked, and our outdoor garden faucet was leaky.

We contacted Mister Plumber via HomeStars. Vlad (the owner) came to look at the issues about 2 days later. He explained what was not up to code, what should be fixed and why. He provided us with a hand-written estimate on the spot, taking into account that we had already purchased the replacements for the laundry sink, laundry faucet and toilet.

After researching a few other companies, we decided to hire Mister Plumber for the job because Vlad was very knowledgeable and professional, and the estimate he provided was reasonably priced.

We called Mister Plumber and Vlad told us he would send someone to do the work the following week. Ivan showed up on the scheduled day and worked very hard to complete all the projects - 11 hours the first day, 2.5 hours the next. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself.

We are very happy with the work and highly recommend Mister Plumber.

He took the time to show us where our problem was, why we were having an issue and what we needed to watch out for to prevent it in future. He was very pleasant to deal with, and we would certainly call him first for any future plumbing issues.
