Barbara and her team did a wonderful job staging our home in North Toronto. She totally transformed our house into a bright and chic home that had mass appeal. Barbara is honest (listen to her!) and does her best to showcase your home to its full potential. With her attention to detail and style, we were able to sell our home for well over asking. Recently I sold my home and Alpha one was recommended to me to do the staging. Although I was not sure of the need for staging initially, after viewing many homes on mls and in person, I realized that to be competitive and make my home the most appealing to potential buyers, I needed to have it professionally staged. Barbara came to assess our needs. She had everything taken care of and staged our home (4000 square feet of space) quickly, professionally and beautifully. When I came home to my beautifully staged home I was so impressed. The pictures drew many potential buyers and we sold our home within 2 days. I am sure that the staging helped us sell our home quickly and helped us get the price we hoped for.

I sold my house for a higher price after Alphaone Staging Design staged my home. I had a large 4 bedroom home and they staged the whole house with beautiful furniture and the job was amazing. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and were right on quote with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I used Alpha One Staging to stage my home. Overall I was happy and would recommend them. They staged my kitchen, living room, master bedroom and small bedroom for $7000. The only complaint is that one of the pictures hung was not level and that bothered me. Overall I am happy with the job done, and they were very professional.

Within a 3 week span from meeting Barbara Bryan to putting my house on the market, Barbara worked with my Real Estate Agent to bring in painters, carpet installers, cleaners, stagers to transform my house from one that has been sitting in the 90's to a modern, bright and exciting home. The results speak for themselves. I sold my home on the offer night with multiple offers. I do not believe I would have done so well if it hadn't been marketed as a modern and bright home, which could only have happened with the efforts of Barbara and her team.

While AlphaOne’s staging work was acceptable, Barbara and her team were irresponsible and careless.
She took an expensive item of furniture from our house, insisting it should be removed, and returned it damaged after assuring us that she would take good care of it. The item will cost over $3500 to replace. During staging, one of her team broke a bracket holding up some window blinds. She arranged a superficial repair and promised to replace the bracket but the replacement never arrived.
At the end of the process, after she declared the job done and billed us for the full amount, there were still things left over from staging including furniture components, dead plants, and garbage.
We called Barbara repeatedly and left multiple messages to get answers and to arrange pick up of the items she left behind but our calls were not returned.
Overall we are disappointed and do not recommend AlphOne Staging.
