PAINT FINISHER

After 12 years of living in our house it was time for a paint job. We have a fireplace and steco cathedral ceiling. Both were heavily damaged due to the smoke. We obtained 3 quotes with James tied with the other lowest bidder. He gave ideas on the paint colours and doing minor repairs and renovations at no extra costs. The other issue was we needed it done with in 10 days. A job which should have taken 7 or 8 days was done in 4 days by bring in additional men and working long hours. On the last day he was here until 8:30 pm. The next day we notice two minor items which were missed. We gave James a call an within 48 hours he was back to fix them. When he states satisfaction guarenteed,he means it. I would definitely use him again

I had been thinking of renovating my kitchen and bathroom, so I started having renovation firms come in and bid on the project J.K. Perfection was especially nice, but their first bid on my job wasn't the best one. when James come in to estimate the work he had given me information on how they operate and a free report on hiring a contractor. I found it to be very useful on choosing the right one and eliminating the guys that were not qualified (such as the uninsured, unlicensed and the ones who didn't provide a accurate measured estimate. Also on the information he had stated that if our aggressive quote is beaten, we’ll beat any written estimate. Do to my limited budget before I chose the company of with the lowest price, I called James and presented the lower estimate to him and he beat every quote! I can't stress enough how beautiful the project came out, so just like James says "With J.K. Perfection you get the best possible price along with the highest notch of QUALITY! So thank you J.K. Perfection you did a very professional job and had a polite character. I'm thrilled, don't mind using me as a reference.
