As far as I can see the gutters are clean. Its an effective cost rather than getting to our high-pitched roof. The stuff in the gutters ends up in piles at the ends of the downspouts, so owners should plan for this with some plastic or other catch basin. Its easier to clean up that way.
We also had the exterior windows done, there are still some marks... some squeegee lines I can see in certain light. Its a hand-done cleaning ... none of the high power stuff that ruins your seals.
We had a small error in the billing, and it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and without problems.
