Excellent workmanship, professional sales /crew. Highly recommended. The crew was great, professional, friendly and regularly cleaning debris. Crew protected windows with plywood boards and tarps. Jinn was finished in 3 days.

Shawn and his crew replaced our roof and attic insulation. They were fantastic- very professional, courteous and answered all questions related to the job. Further, they were relatively competitive from a pricing perspective. Highly recommended!

Shawn was one of many of the roofers who came to visit us and give us a quote. We decided to go with him because he was very thorough during this initial inspection, and spotted a couple of problem none of the others did.
Weather was very bad during the week of our initial booking, but we were always kept up to date with what was going on and the communication was great throughout the process.
I have to give my special thanks to the team who actually installed the roof as well. They were very nice to deal with, and they did a great job. Even though they were working on a very hot day, they did not rush anything and did not cut any corners. They also did a very good job at cleaning up - after they were gone, there wasn't much else left for me to do.
I can definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

The Titan team are professional and the continual communication was appreciated. They helped move the plants and furniture and protected everything else. After really high winds they came out to check the roof and repair and fix any loose shingles. I really liked the fact that they took photos up on the roof to show us afterwards and we could see what work they had done. They also gave us an honest opinion on how many years the roof would still last so we were pleased to hear this. The two men who came out were really friendly and got right to work.

Titans RoofWorks just installed a new garage roof and it looks just as great as the main house roof they installed in 2011 (the 10 year old GAF shingles still look new). The original garage roof installed in 2007 by another roofer used crap IKO shingles and failed. Titan's excellence in customer service and quality long lasting installations make it a 11 out of 10 in my books!

We have an outdoor structure that has a roof that required retiling. We contacted Titan and I wasn’t sure that the job was a big enough one for their company to take on. I sent an email to their customer service mailbox and then communicated with Shawn and he was great in arranging for someone to come out to have a look. Richard came to have a look and by the end of the day we had a very reasonable quote signed off and a date set for the work to begin. Unfortunately, we had some rainy weather so the work had to be postponed for a few days but Shawn was always in touch with a new date and time. The work was completed last week and we are very happy with the final result. Looks like new. Would highly recommend.

I did hire a roof inspector after the work was done.
he inspected the roof for half an hour then told me that there wasn't one incorrect thing about the roof. After our last experience, i made sure he looked thoroughly.

Had a leak in our porch. Titans had positive reviews with no issues. I got a salesperson who did not want to go up on the roof. After watching a Mike Holmes advertisment on the type of shingles he recommended, we went ahead with Titans. They were more expensive than other companies. The job was done. The shingles on the garage were uneven. After having a bad experience in the past and needed an inspector, I hired one. That person took pictures, identified many legit issues, including a big hole, shingles on garage should not be done in two different directions. Titians said that's why we have a warranty, and our own inspector took pictures and everything was fine. I even contacted Bryan Baulmer's company who represents Titans in advertising. Titans said they heard from Bryan to say I was their first complaint. A woman on the phone was abrupt, started to argue while defending the company and installers. When they found out who the inspector was they tried to convince me he was no good. My inspector had to come out three times because all the repairs were either missed or were not done right each time. In the end, our inspector said everything was acceptable, and even though the garage shingles were not done the right way, we shouldn't have any problems. My master bedroom still has a mark on the ceiling which was from the hole on my roof.
