We recently got our roof done by Titans. The team was fantastic to work with. Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. The technicians did a great job on installing the new roof while maintaining the working area safe and clean. We also appreciate their friendly customer service rep, Kate. She kept us updated throughout the process.

Shawn and his team re-roofed our Oakville house in Spring of 2011 and did a stellar job with quality roofing products....our roof still looks new after the big recent windstorm. Our neighbour's house was re-roofed around the same time by another contractor (who is now out of business) and they lost most of their top shingles during the recent storm. Our family is so happy we chose Titans RoofWorks!

Excellent sales staff to help with roofing needs, project started on time and the crew was very responsible and helpful. The exterior of the house was well protected, any issues, questions or concerns were brought to our attention. The only issue was that we found several nails on the driveway and back deck but understand it is hard for the company to find all nails. Would recommend this company.

Our roof was badly damaged during last week’s windstorm. Rain came the next day and we noticed severe leaks on our top floor. We contacted several roofing companies and our insurance, but we were finding no help. We were very worried about further damage to our home and frustrated with very little cooperation from our insurance. Finally we found Shawn and his team which was an imense blessing. They came on the promised date and waterproofed our roof, just in time to avoid another rainstorm. This bought us time until we can do a full replacement. They were very curteous and professional, explained our options clearly and did not try to push us with agressive and frustrating
sales tactics. I will definetly employ them for the full roof repair since I can see they are a team of professional and trustworthy roofers.

Shawn and his team put a new roof on our last house so when we moved to our current home we had to contact Titan Roof a few times for repairs.

Friday's wind storm did a lot of damage to our roof. I know Titans Roofworks was slammed with calls but Traci phoned us back quickly to let us know that one of their crews was on the way.

Dealing with Titan Roofworks is always a pleasure. They've expanded so much since the first time we used them but always make time to contact us quickly and address any concerns we are having with our roof.

Don Amero was very knowledgeable, inspected the existing roof thoroughly and provided a complete and fair estimate. The job was to be done late in the roofing season unfortunately; however, Don and the rest of the Team at Titan worked diligently with me to accommodate my schedule and account for the impending arrival of Winter.

The materials were delivered a couple of days in advance of the work and placed neatly at the side of the driveway without creating any inconveniences for parking. The disposal bin was dropped off in the driveway without issue. The work was completed efficiently and safely in one day by a courteous and hardworking team. They answered questions for my Wife as work commenced and made sure to fully clean and inspect the site for nails and debris when done.

More then one year ago Titans RoofWorks did an excellent job on replacing roof on our house and adding thermal insulation in attic space. Attic opening did not have proper height, we bought the house that way, and it was simply not possible to get insulation properly installed around the opening. As soon as the attic hatch was properly done i contacted the company and they sent a crew immediately to add missing portion at no charge. Very professional and caring customer treatment. Great thank you to Titans RoofWorks, to Dylan and Kevin, we will always recommend services this company provides.

Bit slow between contract signing and work commencement. However, once started the work was done quickly and well. Some missed clean-up was corrected the day after it was reported.
