From the start, Shawn worked with us to explain our options and help us make informed choices. We selected the package that met our needs and scheduled the install.
Sometimes when you undertake a big project, everything goes smoothly. Sometimes it doesn't. It is when it doesn't that you learn very quickly how well you have chosen. When the shingles arrived, they did not match the sample Shawn had received from the manufacturer. To make matters worse, almost 1/2 the roof was done by the time we discovered they were not what they should be.
Shawn's first words were, "Don't worry...we will fix this. If you like the new roof, I'm happy to finish it but it is your choice. This is not what you chose and we will make it right."
We did not like the delivered shingles. Ignoring the materials and labour already invested, they got the right product, removed what had been installed and replaced it all with the materials we had selected. His sent 2 crews to get the job done in the shortest time possible.
The final product is awesome. The final price was the original price quoted. The crews were great and cleaned up everything. When they were done, other than the new roof, it was like they had never been there.
We add our names to the long list of customers who trusted Titan to get the job done, and we are quite satisfied with that choice. The customer service and professionalism on the project were all we could have hoped for and more.

You are right Joel; it is not the times when everything goes perfectly that is the true measure of a reputable company. Here at Titans, we always try to make sure that everything goes well but with regards to your job it was a manufacture mistake that was out of our control.
