Valentin is the best plumber I've ever had come to the house. He replaced a leaking shut off valve and also fixed a toilet problem. He responded to my phone message quickly and came out the next morning which I greatly appreciated. I have already recommended him to my neighbours and work colleagues.

Valentin was timely, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and professional. I will not hesitate to use him for any future plumbing issue. Simply exceptional service. While here, he did some other work that was required. His fees are fair and reasonable. You can retain him with complete confidence.

Valentin installed a new washer, dryer and kitchen faucet for us. He was prompt, pleasant, efficient and did an excellent job. He also tried to install a new dishwasher but was unable to finish the work due to a broken part. He volunteered to come back to finish the work. His work was neat, his quote was on target and I found him to be very professional. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted Strong Plumbing via email on a Sunday evening regarding what I thought was a leak in my basement. I was shocked to receive a reply within the hour from Valentin to schedule an appointment!

Valentin continued to WOW me by arriving on time (to the minute!), and treating both me and my house with courtesy and professionalism. When the leak (thank goodness!) turned out to be a non-issue, Valentin didn't charge me for the service call, even though he certainly could have charged for his time.

We have a leaky tap/pipe. I called Val based on his homestars review. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. Was able to troubleshoot the issue with ease and it was found out that we had to replace the faucet. He gave us the option to replace the parts but we thought it'll be best to replace the faucet itself. Good, reliable faucet and even cheaper than those from the big retail stores. No more leaky faucet and we are happy. Highly recommended!

Valentin is an plumbing service expert, and no doubt a man of integrity. He was on time, and diagnosed the problem thoroughly with the least amount of intrusion and was extremely tidy, He not only fixed the problem, but also offered good tips on how to ensure proper maintenance.

Valentin installed a water line for our new refrigerator. He was very organized, professional and thorough. He was on time and worked quickly to get everything hooked up, and tested it a few times to make sure everything was working properly. He needed to move our oven to connect the line properly, and even though this should have been an additional cost, he did not charge us anything extra. We will definitely call Valentin/Strong Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and will recommend him to all of our friends! Excellent service.

Had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Mike from strong plumbing showed me that a corroded nut that had broke was the problem.
He gave me a free estimate of best and worst case scenarios. Thankfully the best case scenario solved the problem and he fixed the issue within the hour.
