I dealt with 3 gentlemen at this company - all 3 were extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and did what they said they would do. The modern glass panel / aluminum railing looks amazing. We also opted for solar caps, a really nice touch. What impressed me the most was the follow-up, and doing-what-you-said-you-would so, every time (whether it was coming for measurements, the actual installation, providing the signed contract, or follow-up).

ITAY! What a wonderful job he did. We had the old wrought iron railings that came along with our 50+ year old East York home and a broken chain link gate that required replacement. I called a few companies for quotes and they were all around the same amount. But I liked Itay’s sincere interest even though it was a small project.
He came out twice; once for an estimate and then for the actual measurement and design. He listened to my thoughts but never pressured me into making any changes. My request was to incorporate bronze glass panels with the regular aluminium spindles. He took such care in taking the measurements while drawing diagrams of exactly what I wanted. He said it was a bit complex and felt he should do it himself just to ensure that I get what I asked for.
He returned on a specified date with all his tools and equipment and brought a portable table top which kept the steps and sidewalk clear of tools. I am so pleased with the job he did, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Itay

Starting from their sales person Itay to the gentleman who did the installation Benjamin to the owner Ruben, everyone was pleasant, professional and so great to deal with. Work was done as promised and service was amazing. We would recommend this company to all our friends and neighbors as it is very difficult to find such a great team.
