Roger and his team were amazing. They came on time, worked only on my project and informed me every step of the way. They went out of their way to finish everything perfectly and I'm so happy with the finished space. I've had lots of compliments from the neighbours. Would use them again in an instant!!

Absolutely amazing! For the first time in a long time I felt confident and comfortable with the team. Their creativity, passion, and loyalty to their clients were evident from the very first step and followed through with their duration of their work. They were always keep us up to date and well informed in the process and what it would look like. As well as well as adding an educational piece to how things worked. Construction of any type is always stressful but they made it a breeze!

I normally don't write reviews but without a doubt, The team at Patternlock was super professional. For the first time I had absolutely no problems while the constructions were being done. Right from the beginning the company took all responsibilities, which is usually not the case. The guys were always in touch, worked overtime if needed, and overall were very amiable and nice.

Pattern lock was recommended to us by a friend in the neighbourhood after a landscaper had canceled last minute. Thank fully Roger and his team was able to fit us into their busy schedule. After seeing their work first hand I know why they are busy. Roger and his team arrived at 8am everyday they were friendly and respectful and kept the work space free from garbage. The team worked hard everyday and the finished result is beyond expectation they transformed our back yard.

Roger and team delivered a spectacular finish. Big project involved onterlocking front and backyards, sides, concrete pad for a swim spa, river rock on the sides and step lights too! All this done in 7 business days. The team came on time everyday, left on time, cleaned after themselves. To top it all, the quality of workmanship, products used, and the professionalism is beyond description.

They arrived not long after taking four days to complete work at our home.
We are in love with the remodel and the work they did. Our front porch has never looked better!! There are too many details to list them all, but the stone and faces look amazing.

When we purchased our home one year ago, there was an old interlock which lost its shape and had a dangerous slope. It's hard to remember what our backyard looked like before the remodel because our new backyard interlock looks amazing. We began looking for an interlock company in September 2021 with an expected start date of mid to late April 2022. Of 5 different companies only Roger from Pattern Lock ever called me back. Within a week Jeff had attended the house, measured and returned with a 3D rendering of how things would look. We chose our stone colours and had an estimate the week after that. Everything was very professional and friendly. As spring of 2022 arrived Roger contacted me regarding the schedule and due to a few unforeseen events we moved our start date to May 30. That day the crew arrived, bins arrived, the stone was dropped and work began. 2 weeks later it was all done and looks amazing. My thanks to Roger and Joe and the whole crew who showed up to get the work completed. It was good to have such a contientious group coming to my home.
