I purchased appox.1000 square feet of jatoba from this company. I was very clear that I didn't want cheaper chinese import.
Guess what I got. Called the sales man who said and i quote " what did you expect fro the price you paid" I could have gotten much better quality for a just a few cents more from several distributers I later discovered. They refused to even look at the floor and blamed the installer.

Very helpful, and did a good installation job. They came on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I would use their services again.

Clean up after themselves. They never stopped. Very professional, attention to detail. Everyone knew what they were doing. Did stick to budget. They were curteous, on time, polite. We received such good work.

We ripped out the ugliest orange carpet and put down a new subfloor. We bought the new maple flooring from this company, and they had their subcontractor install. We consider the price fair- the wood we bought was not on sale, although this place does have a lot of sale stuff. The guys that did the install were super! they did a whole floor in one day, and 6 months later the job still looks great. Beware a possible disconnect between dealer and installer - dealer said we could install over existing crappy subfloor and the installer said no way! Other than that, no problems at all.
