Our home has a very steep roof. Huge ladders are required. Tip Top Trough have cleaned our gutters for many years. They have given us great service, their workmen are very professional, Myriam, Office Manager, calls us spring and Autumn to remind us its time so I don’t have to worry about it. Happy Customer!

We got a couple of rain barrels for our garden and we needed to replace the down spouts. We guys from Tip Top Trough came in quickly, did the job thoroughly, checked with us to see if we were happy with the completed job.

They did a solid job and they cleaned up the area when they were done. We are happy with the work that they did and the solution they provided was really cool. You can switch the flow from one side to the other.

Couldn't be happier with the overall experience from the up front set up of the job and the follow up after the job.

It was a pleasure working with the team at Tip Top Trough. Pierce came out to provide me with a quote for replacing the eavestrough, downspouts and leaf guard and gave me many practical suggestions and options for redirecting the downspouts. From dealing with Myriam’s assistance with the swatches to the two fellows, Abraham and Gio that came to do the work. They are super troopers working in the heat! My husband and I loved the added touch of their Spanish tunes while they were working!! Thank you guys for the great customer service, craftsmanship, politeness, efficiency and keeping it clean!

I used Tip Top for a cleaning and installing a completely new eavestrough system and leaf guards. They first recognized I had a gap between my old gutters and the fascia and said this could lead to problems. It was one of the best investments I've made in the property.

I called a few trades to do some work around the house and I deal with trades all day at work. Tip Top Trough was by far the best and easiest trade to work with on my house. Ally and Myriam were very responsive and worked with all my concerns. Very straight forward and honest. The crew was very professional and detailed. They even came back a week later when I had a question about something.

I am writing this review a month after they installed my new eavestrough and leaf guard system. Everything is working perfectly. There's literally a 1 foot perimeter of dry land around my house all the time, even during rain. Its hard finding responsive and professional trades. They are A+++. I'll only use them for any properties going forward.
