Arnoldo did work for us at our home in early February. The work he did was regarding a TV in the Master bedroom. We needed him to hide and feed a coax cable through the attic, conceal a fireplace electrical cord behind a wall, and install a couple of additional receptacles. This is the second time in the last 5 years that I have used Java and they were absolutely fantastic both times. I find that they are very well priced for they're services, but more importantly, they know their trade and do a great job. Arnoldo came on time (actually he was early), did a great job, and left no mess whatsoever. He was also very patient as I asked him to make some changes on the fly. I would highly recommend Java for your electrical needs. Thank you Arnoldo! We had Java back to our house twice since this February appointment for some additional jobs. This included the installation of 3 new light fixtures in our back yard (on 2 switches) and the installation of 4 exterior pot lights as well. As per my comments above, both Arnoldo and Antonio (for the pot lights mainly) were on site doing the work and did a great job. As always, I'm one to offer feedback as they're working and they're very patient with any questions or suggestions (or even minor rework) I may have. Fantastic work as always.

We had many contractors in our house over our 2 month renovation, and Antonio was by far our favourite. He is very skilled at his craft, and barely made any mess at all. We got 16 new pot lights, removed all old knob and tube, under cabinet lights, pendants over island, and all new dimmer switches. We also had a new bathroom fan installed in addition to new new outlets and hood fan hookup. He was always flexible with our schedule, and even hung out with our dog when we weren't there! We added a bunch of stuff last minute and he did it all no problem. I really can't recommend him enough, and would hire him again in a second.

Recently Arnoldo installed 2 new electrical outlets for our fridge and dishwasher. He arrived on time, explain to us the what should be done by code, completed the work on time and left the house impeccable.

Recently had Arnoldo in to install a new electrical outlet and wiring for a new HDMI connection. Arnoldo completed a pre-inspection and provided recommendations that were better than what I had initially wanted to do. He arrived on time to complete the work and completed the job quick.

Antonio went far beyond my expectations for any type of contractor. From an electrical perspective he was very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade.

From an personable perspective, he was very thorough and accommodating to my questions and ensuring I was satisfied with the work as he progressed.

Price was very fair and he even through in a few extra's free of charge. I will be hiring Antonio again for any future electrical works and you should too.

First of all, let me state, I am a licensed electrician. The fact that I am hiring electricians to work in my home should speak volumes. I could easily spend a week doing what he did in a day and the workmanship would not have touched what Junior accomplished. My trust in Junior goes beyond words. His professionalism is outstanding. The day he was at our our house (assisted by the equally qualified Michel), he installed 20 LED pot lights in a ceiling abutting attic space without the need to go in the attic or bash a bunch of holes in the drywall. His experience allows him to know all the "tricks" to fish wire in the most demanding situations. He treats your house as if it was his own and he is a consummate gentleman.
If you need residential electrical work done, I suggest you hire Junior and Java Electric. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future for other projects in my home.

We wanted to replace a single light fixture in our kitchen with two pendant lights, so we had to move a box as well as add an additional one. Antonio was a pleasure to work with - he was tidy, stuck to his timelines and his final cost was the same as his estimate. He was able to book our work within days of discussing the project and his attention to detail in helping us determine the correct height and spacing of the pendants was very helpful. We will certainly be using him again.

It's not too often you come across a tradesperson like Antonio. I hired him to install 3 bathroom fans and add a separate switch to the laundry room to control the lights separate from the fan. He also installed a ceiling fan in my son's room. I added the installation of a kitchen chimney style fan to the list at the end.

Antonio treats your house like it is his own. He does things right and doesn't leave until the work is done right. When he was installing the upstairs bathroom fan, not only did he connect it but went into the attic to nail down the flaps to the roof and also added tape to ensure the venting was completely sealed. He also checked and sealed my other upstairs bathroom fan. For all three fan installations Antonio cut the hole precisely so no additional drywall work was required. I can't say the same about the contractor I had to update my master bathroom when they install the fan as part of the renovation.

During the light switch installation, Antonio managed to do this without damaging any of the ceiling or walls. All the other "electricians" told me they had to open up the walls to do this work. This is what separates people who know what they are doing and those who pretend to know. Antonio definitely knows his stuff.

Finally I had Antonio install an exhaust fan over my stove. This one was tricky because he had to remove the existing cabinet without doing any damage, move over the inside drywall hole and adjust the ducts so that he could still manage to install the chimney cover so that the unit was centered over the stove. Antonio spent about 3.5 hours doing all of this and all along he meticulously minimized mess.

What you notice most about Antonio is that he cares that he does the job right. He's not there to do the job as fast as he can and then leave you unsatisfied.

I cannot say enough about Antonio and only wish my contractor used him for my bathroom renovation. When I finish my basement, I'll definitely hire him. You won't be disappointed with Antonio.

Antonio beat all my expectations in every sense. First off, he is a very good electrician in my opinion. He did a great job on my electrical which looks and functions fantastic.

It's his interpersonal qualities, however, that really make him stand out. He is honest, trustworthy, friendly, and loves his work. It can tell the difference instantly in someone who is in it for the money and those who have a passion, and he is clearly in latter. He is the consummate professional, and cared far more for doing a good job than a quick job.

His wife and son helped out as well, and they were a pleasure to be around. Lastly, his pricing is very competitive. I would be happy to have him over again any time.
