To understand this review you must know that I am a qualified and licensed tradesman in a tightly regulated trade as well.
Through my work and through home renovations I had to deal with an array of different contractors. Some good, some horrible!
Antonio is one of the best!
I hired him after looking through HomeStars and having him come over to give a quote. He is qualified, competent, patient and puts the customer first!
There might be slightly cheaper outfits out there but Antonio/ Java has a quality standard that he adheres to and that he will not compromise on. That is what I am looking for in a contractor!
The job was to do a complete rewire on an older Toronto home.
The price he quoted was the price I happily paid. All work was done in a completely professional and timely manner.
In my opinion it is vital to support good contractors and trades people to weed out the riff raff.
