We needed a new water main in our 120 yr old house. Got lots of quotes. Draincom was competitively priced and suggested a good way to handle a tricky job (a cramped utility room in the basement). Some other companies were quoting on cheap plastic PEX piping for outside. Draincom gave us 1" copper. They did a very good job and took care to clean up afterwards. It was all done in a day.

I have used Draincom for 2 seperate jobs recently. I was completely satisfied from the first phone call to the end of the last job. The office staff was courteous, helpful and followed up on all my calls. The Supervisior (Slava) that came out to the job sites was extremely helpful, courteous, and very open and honest as to what he felt I truly needed to get the jobs done. I called numourous times for addtional questions and visits and Slava came out and never made me feel I was a bother.

At the jobs, the repairmen were clean, courteous, on-time, did an excellent job.

Follow-up calls were followed through and I as ensured and provided with completey satisfactory work.
