encountered some minor issue of what type of reducer should be used, as our own contractor mentioned something of different, manage later called in to bridge the diference, overall is good experience.

had a $5000 order with the shop for floor shop, then there is some different opinion of what type of reducer we should use. we end up followed the contractor's suggestion, these left us around $200 spent on store suggested reducer that not used and not opened...went back to the store and got a cold response. just be careful when you order assessories at the store, as there is no return policy.
