Wonderful service! Accurate estimate. Arrival on time. Friendly and professional. Called prior to arrival with sufficient notice. No surprise! I've used their services before with equal praise for what they do. Will continue to use their services in future, and will recommend to anyone!

We removed a wooden picket fence. Pickup was swift & efficient. Would definitely recommend 1-800-JUNK for pickup of household items, building materials etc. What else is there to say? Done!

They called ahead of time, showed up on time, worked very quickly removing junk from more than one area. They estimated the cost at the beginning and came in right on estimate. It was such a relief to not have to deal with that ourselves. The guys were polite and professional. I have used other junk removal companies and these guys were the best.

A flyer/coupon in the mail offer $25/less for 1/2 load.$50 for more. I phoned a 1-800 . Who confirmed the offer. Ordered the service. When they arrived, I was told the removal was going to be $189 or so less $25 offer. This was the first that it was spelt out that the removal was not going to be $25/50, but as per a rate card presented at the time of arrival. Junk was already out of house. I committed though I was very upset that the rate had not been mentioned nor discussed upon call to the callcentre.

I must compliment Donny & Reggie. They did a good job; they were on time , friendly and very quick and efficient. Would hire them and 1 800 Got Junk anytime.

I found 1-800-Got-Junk through a friend and booked a date on-line. I didn't compare other companies because I had heard that their prices were reasonable. It was a big job taking our fridge apart but they were friendly, timely and left without leaving a mess behind! I especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to book online and would definitely use this company again!

We needed to empty the house quickly. The guys were right on time and finished in about a half hour. There was a little over a truckload, but they managed to get it all in. Left no mess.
