310RENO Design & Renovation

I have honestly never met a renovation company as detailed and professional as 310reno. I have dealt with quite a few different contractors on my past two properties and none of them even compare. I am truly amazed by the quality of work and detail oriented workers. I never had any problems that were not addressed immediately or any questions that were not answered properly. Tony explained everything to me and even explained the science behind most of the steps, even when I wasn't really interested (LOL...thanks anyways Tony).
Everyone on the team is courteous and Tony (my project supervisor) genuinely cared about the outcome of the final product. I know cared because we would debate about decisions I made whenever he didn't like them, even when it would give his crew more work.
If all the crews are like Tony's crew, then this reno company is the absolute best.

Based on a positive experience my sister in law had with 310-Reno, we decided to contact them for a large basement and kitchen renovation project.
From the initial contact I was impressed with Jack's interest in our project and genuine desire to plan things in such a way that everything matched our budget. He gave us a lot of ideas that we hadn't originally considered. We were absolutely comfortable working with 310-reno right from the start.
The site supervisor, Joe, visited the project every day, and he did all of the outstanding carpentry work. Joe kept us advised of the progress on a continual basis, which we appreciated.
Near the end of the project I finally met Mike, the one praised in so many of the

reviews on this website. Mike is a very meticulous gentleman who proved to exceed our expectations; he headed up the bathroom work and marble work. Honestly, all the guys in this company are great.
We are very pleased with the results of our two projects and I would not hesitate to recommend 310-Reno to anyone considering a home renovation.

We have done two bathroom renovations with 310-Reno and we have been exceptionally pleased with our experience and the results of both. The first bathroom renovation was done approximately eight months prior to the second renovation. After working with Mike and 310 Reno on the first bathroom renovation we did not even consider another company to do the second bathroom. Mike and his team are very professional, personable, respectful, dependable and honest. He effectively communicated at every stage of the project and his team tidied up every night to ensure that the site was safe. Once we can get the budget together for more renovations we will be calling Mike and 310 Reno again. My wife and I completely trust Mike and 310 Reno to do another great job!

Since we first called 310-Reno the customer service and work has been great. Once they came over, we went over everything that was going to be done in detail and the potential problems we might have to work around. Once the crew came, our furniture and flooring were very well protected from the traffic of people walking in and out. Each time a problem arised, I was notified and we decided on the best course of action. Our bathroom reno went very smooth and every detail was thought out before hand. For example, the tiles on the floors lined up with the tiles in our stand-up shower. The crew and staff were very nice and very professional. The job site was always clean so no nails or tools were laying around.

I heard about 310-Reno on 680 news, and a friend heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try.
You may know from looking around the GTA that it is very hard to find a decent contractor who is willing to handle a fairly small job. Joe and 310-Reno did just that for us by renovating an old powder room. These gentlemen are not only honest and professional, as noted in other reviews, but they are also respectful and very easy to talk with.
This may have started with just a small job, but I am looking forward to working with 310-Reno on larger projects.

Joe has just completed our basement and this would be his second successful renovation for us. He provided detailed professional plans, and kept us updated every step of the way. We will continue to keep coming back to Joe and 310-RENO because of their outstanding service. I really appreciated how, as inevitably there were changes to our original plans, they walked through everything giving us options and their valued opinion. They are professional, honest, flexible, kind, easy to work with and provide very high quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

310 has been the General Contractor for our 3 major bathroom renovations. They performed a full ensuite bathroom renovation and two family bathroom reno's within 5 weeks which is evidence of their organizational skills and experience as a renovation company. The project included everything - plumbing, framing, electrical, carpentry, insulation, drywall, painting, tiling, etc.

They made the project a positive experience and they are completely trustworthy. All the workers always seemed willing to do what it took to make both my wife and I happy.

They tried their hardest to keep the costs at the original estimate even when certain things had to be done that were outside of the scope of work. Great Company

310-RENO has provided us with fantastic service, maintenance and quality. They have also taken on the removal and installation of our windows, and this is something they don't normally do. They recently finished our basement which now has a home office, play area, and a bar. We are very pleased with their service and the quality of installations. This is one of the few companies left that truly cares about customer service. We would recommend them to anybody.

I was interested in remodeling two bathrooms and 310-Reno was recommended by a friend. They provided a reasonable quote so we decided to go ahead with them.

We set a date to begin construction and Mike and the crew were on time and the first thing they did was lay drop cloths from our front door, up the stairs and to both bathroom entrances. They followed this drop cloth procedure before each work day,and this in itself kept me really pleased. The project was accomplished in a timely fashion and I am certainly pleased with the way everything looks and feels. I am now in the process of working on finishing my basement,and I wouldn't consider using any other group of guys.
