Barry is very knowledgeable and friendly. We started with a basic inquiry when we saw his website from a google search. The website is user friendly and simple to navigate to see all their products.

The turn around time getting back to us and setting up the install was quick and easy. He answered all our questions promptly. He walked us through the process and we felt good about choosing his services.

I was driving in my neighborhood and saw Murray installing a door for my neighbour and it really caught my eye so I stoped and talked to him he was very friendly and I told him what design I wanted and he he promised to get back to me which he did after a week he came out to install and I’m Very happy with their service so professional so happy with my new door and their service is the best will definitely recommend to friends and family thanks to Barry the owner and what a pane staff

What A Pane were one of a few companies I called and found them the most helpful. I sent this a photo of my door and they did a mock-up of what the glass would look like.
The install was quick and with no mess to clean up. Will recommend to my family & neighbors

Murray came to my home on time and installed the wrought iron door insert, door transformed into a new look.
I am extremely satisfied with their service and installation.
My side lite is measured for custom order, will take 6 to 8 weeks to install it.
Will update once installation complete.
Update- Murray called me for side lite and it installed looks awesome now.

I contacted Barry late on a Friday night to discuss options for our entrance door glass inserts. We dropped by the showroom on the Saturday and worked with Neil on the selection. As luck would have it, they had an opening on the Sunday morning and we had them installed which took only an hour. Professional, courteous and outstanding customer service during all of our communications with What a Pane. The end result speaks for itself and we have already received numerous complements.
