Replaced 6 windows on the 2nd floor at the end of Nov 2021. I had a great experience with Ambia. The communication was very easy, efficient and responses were quick. From the initial assessment, quote to the installation, the process went very smoothly and as expected. The installers spent all day and part of the evening installing the windows. They did a great job. Everything is looking great. I also appreciated Tony arranging to send the installers back to clean out the east trough that had some sediment left. I'd recommend working with Ambia and would work with them again for the downstairs windows.

This is my third time to order windows from Ambia. I have several windows installed this time, including one bay window. Tony and Jimmy are very professional, and the installers worked very hard, I'm happy with the installation.
I would recommend Ambia for anyone who plans to replace windows and doors.

Recently got all my windows & doors changed by Ambia Windows & Doors. First of all, great customer service and engagement by everyone there from the first step booking an appointment with Tony all the way to installation with Chris and his team. It took about ~ 10 weeks from confirmation to installation and for the installation the windows took ~ 8 hours and the doors took ~3 the next day. They cleaned the garbage from each room and fixed any cracks or holes left in the drywall. Not only can you notice a huge improve from the original windows & door (comparison picture), but we already notice our home retains more heat. I'm still waiting on my patio door to be installed, but I expect that will be in the coming weeks due to manufacturing delays.

I would recommend Ambia for anyone looking to change their windows and doors. They were highly professional and came off as honest. They even recommended a few changes that lowered the quote from what I had initially wanted.

This review is a long time in coming, for which I apologize. 4 years ago I had half my windows done by Ambia. This spring (April) I had the balance of the windows done (9 of them) plus the front door and sidelight. The crew were great, easy to speak to and answer questions. They did a great job, all in one day. Thankfully, as it snowed the next day. The aftermath was cleaned up nicely. Jimmy, my rep, was great and had the patience of a saint :). He was extremely helpful and always ready to answer my million and one questions. I highly recommend Ambia. Prices are reasonable and very easy to deal with.

Once again as we moved to a different house, we went back to Ambia, this time to replace all our windows and patio doors. We are extremely happy clients, Tony is a pleasure to deal with and the quality of the windows is absolutely exceptional. We never bothered to request quote from another company, the post sales experience is key to us and will always reach out to Ambia’s team for our future windows and doors projects.

Ambia Doors and Windows did an excellent job replacing the windows and doors to our house. Their product is of excellent quality and the workmanship is fantastic. Their employees are very professional, giving us sound advice helping us make the right decision. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Windows were fantastic and the installation took 7 hrs for the whole house.
Highly recommend Jimmy who was amazing and did not sugar coat or sell more than was necessary.
There are cheaper windows out there ; but I would recommend these guys. worth it

I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought it was necessary to write one here. I recently got my windows and door changed by Ambia windows & Doors Inc. I am happy to say that the service that I received from Tony & his installer team (Chris, Ted, Brad, Eric and more) from the first day to the very last day of my experience was absolutely amazing. Tony is very approachable and would spend a considerate amount of time answering any and all of my questions whenever I had any even prior to me placing my order. During the installation of our windows and door, Chris & his crew were incredibly respectful, nice, and professional. They were on time and changed all 19 of our windows (including tall one: 48"140") + the patio & entrance door in one day. The second day was just left for insolation and framing. The team cleaned everywhere and took all garbage out - a point that I was very impressed with. I highly recommend Tony and his team for any of your window and door needs. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and honest.
