We needed to replace two patio doors. Tony Radocchia from Ambia Windows and Doors came over, listen to what we wanted and quoted on the project. We decided to go with Ambia. On the day of installation they arrived removed both doors and started to install the 2 doors. During installation Eric (Installer) noticed that one of the doors was scratched at the bottom. He immediately called the manufacturer to report the issue and advised us that a new door will be available in 2 to 3 weeks, and in the meantime he installed the door temporarily. The door arrived in 2 weeks and was replaced. What really stood out in this is that Tony personally kept us informed on the progress of the new doors instead of transferring us to customer service, and Eric made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
