Canadian Tire

Was looking for new Christmas lights for the tree last year. Checked out Canadian Tire. Bought the Noma ones last Christmas. Great lights! I highly recommend to all looking for lights for their tree.

I purchased a blender during the Christmas season. With all the Christmas stuff, once it worked a few times, I tossed the box and the receipt. Who has room, eh?

Two weeks ago, the bottom section fused to the glass part and I couldn't get it off. When I brought it to the store, neither could the Customer Service clerk, so she gave me a new one.

I like the way that customer satisfaction is a priority.

I would like to say that I am not very happy with Canadian Tire. I drove all the way out to Brampton to pickup these spotlights because they didn't have them at my location. I was surprised when the cashier told me they don't accept $100 bills!? I told her the other Canadian Tires did (all they do is scan them), Rona and Home Depot does as well!? She said the owner of this CT doesn't and thats that!!! Very rude and unprofessional. So I left the items and left empty handed. Never will I go back there again.

I needed new paint for my renovations so I went to Canadian Tire. It wasn't anything exceptional, I went in, asked for a colour, got it and walked out, customer service was ok.

Got 2 tires replaced at the Auto Center a few months ago, and first they put a cheaper model on my tires. When I picked up my car, I noticed, and they put the right ones back on. The technician rushed the second install, resulting in both rims being chipped, dented, and scratched.

I complained to the service manager, Paul, and he made some excuse about the damage being pre-existing from road salt. Problem is, the other two rims are completely perfect and intact. Refused to compensate me for the damage done.

Do not get your auto repairs done here! Attached pics show damage done to 2 rims, and one good rim which they didn't get their hands on.

Very good store. Lots of product. Store people very helpful and knowledgeable. I am visiting this store 2 times per week. Clean and nicely organized. Garden center is not very good.

The sales rep was very helpful in trying to match a specific color of my existing room. He was quite knowledgeable in all products and answer all of my questions. Thanks.

I have always wanted a table saw and had read the Canadian tire flyer an noticed a good buy I went to the store but could find no one to discuss the saw with Eventualy bought the saw .Luckly the saw was great It has a sliding table for the guide and adjustable fence for ripping with an accurate measuring guide Most things in Canadian tire go on sale once a year .If you wait long enough you can get a qulity item at a good price. Although the qulity of service in the store is not the best

I was trying to purchase a wet saw and lights that were listed on sale in the week's flyer. I requested for someone to come and help me with the products but was waiting for a salesperson for over half an hour. When they finally came, I found that they did not know where the products were located. They checked their computers which said that the products were in stock but the salesperson was unable to find them. I waited over 1 hour to find out that I could not purchase the products that I specifically went to the store for.
All in all, I had a poor experience at the Woodbridge Canadian Tire.
