The neighbours across the street used Rick (Nuvo Garage), and we asked him to give us a quote to reorganise our garage so that we could use the space better and find room for the new size garbage bins that are being introduced into Mississauga.

Rick came to see us; we discussed our needs and he made some suggestions. He followed up with a detailed drawing and quote which made everything clear. On the day of the work, he and Ed arrived exactly when they had said they would, and worked, quickly, tidily and efficiently. During the process we came up with some more ideas and Rick and Ed executed them easily. Even though this was a fairly small job, their attention to detail was obvious, as was their desire to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. (We were! Everything has a place and the overall look is an asset to the house.)

Nuvo is a small company, but extremely professional. Its a company where quality of workmanship is high as is the quality of customer service; its a company I would definitely use again or recommend to others.

We are extremely pleased with our "new" garage. We've owned the house for 6 years and were always "going to get around to hanging hooks on the walls and getting the garage cleaned up". It just never happened, until I called Rick! He was very professional, had some great ideas and did the work when he said he would. He built and installed some overhead storage shelves, put a polyspartic coating on the floor and installed the slat wall and hooks. We love the sports baskets for all of the kids' balls, pucks, helmets, rollerblading equipment. Scooters have their own hooks and the kids actually use them to hang everything up - things are no longer all over the garage floor! And the garage floor! Love it! We used to power wash and sweep the dusty, dirty garage floor and within days it looked like it needed cleaning again. The polyspartic coating is fantastic! Everything looks so clean and I love driving into the garage now. Anyone that comes to visit gets a tour of the garage! Why did we wait 6 years?!

I wanted to have our garage renovated. My idea was to create a space that would be nicely finished and have a "wow" factor to it.
After doing some research, I contacted Rick and after our first consultation I knew that I had made the right decision. He understood the direction I wanted to go and had excellent ideas and suggestions.

The project included finishing the garage floor with a polyaspartic coating and custom coloured flecks.

Custom aluminum cabinetry were ordered from Ctech to cover the entire back wall. Rick made excellent suggestions regarding the specifications and layout of the cabinets. It took a bit of time to fine tune the details but I am extremely pleased with the layout, look and finish of these cabinets. They are truly top notch. Thanks Rick! The recycling, garbage, green bin, vacuum and water hose are all enclosed within the custom cabinets.

Rick also installed custom aluminum 30 inch high baseboards in a two tone colour and had the lower portion colour matched to the cabinets!! It turned out amazing. Above that slat wall was installed up to the level of the top of the cabinets. The upper walls were painted.
The ceilings were painted, new LED lighting (including a custom light box) was installed in the ceiling. An automate bike rack was installed as well. New garage steps were also installed and covered with the polyaspartic finish including the paint flecks.

I can truly without hesitation recommend Nuvo Garage to anyone wanting any work done to their garage. Rick is extremely professional, courteous and the quality of the work speaks for itself. He finds elegant and practical solutions to problems.

Rick did an excellent job transforming my garage. He came to my place and presented a few options that are very practical based on my requirments. On the work day he came right on time, finished job professionally, cleaned up afterwards, and went extra mile to help lift the tires on to the platform.Finally I was able to take back my garage and park both cars inside.
