I hired Alf's Roofing for a reshingle and repair of decking board on our roof. Their delivery of materials and arrival was in line with what I might expect, the work was completed in 1 day, the crew was very nice and the cleanup was thorough. However, about 10 days after the reshingle was completed, there was a rain and the porch roof leaked onto the porch (which was one of the reasons for having the reshingle done). After much back and forth, Alf's did send someone out to look at the roof 7 days later and some silicone was applied to vulnerable spots. I will not know if it worked until it rains again.

It starts with a thorough roof inspection by Brian, who was the only Estimator to go up on the roof and workup a detailed plan and prices to suit our budget, (unlike others that didn't bother to go up on the roof, provide a detailed estimate + only provided 1 supplier)!
Great support from Admin + Showroom employees who know their products and offer honest helpful advice + information.

Roof done in 2004. Crew dragged their heals and didn't show up for many days. Told work was under quoted and they weren't making any money. After many calls work finally completed. We now have a leak and snow in our vents. Manager says snow is normal.

Alfred is a good guy I know from the German club. All three roofs were completed in three weeks. The guys picked all of the nails and cleaned our site very well. The guys pointed out trouble spots without upcharging. We are happy with the work

Did a good job shingling the roof. Cost was competitive. Workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Administrative staff were patient and attentive. Could have improved services if they had warned us to cover belongings in garage. Everything in garage full of debris resulting from removal of old shingles.

I'd contacted a few roofers who wanted to replace my roof, site unseen, when all I needed was a small section replaced near a vent. Alf's roofing came in, checked the entire roof, inside and out, and agreed it only required a patch at the vent. I was very pleased with the company, the ease of getting an appointment quickly and the repair work. I also consider the price of the repairs to be in line with my expectations.

Alfs has terrible service,Jennifer( bosses daughter) will call you names and yell at you over the phone, first as they did my garage they didn't tell us and just put the bin in front of garage door blocking in my wife's car , then tore the roof off with car inside, I called to mention this and jenifer insisted it was my fault and suggested I was lieing,then a couple days later I backed my truck on my lawn, popping both back tires, I talked to alf he said send in the bill, I did so and three weeks later had still heard nothing, so I called in and told my story to Jennifer, she replied with" don't call first thing in the morning with rude calls" then hung up, so I tried to call back and instead of answering the phone put me on hold over and over until all the lines were full and the phone was just busy, I finally got through to a gentleman and I voiced my concern about the horrible customer service and he replied well she's the bosses daughter, overall in very disappointed with this company, you've been warned, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Alf to do our roof 2 years ago. His price was pretty much in the middle of the 5 companies we had out. But, the difference with Alf, and ultimately one of the reasons we chose him, is he was the only one that actually went ON the roof and looked around.

The work was great, the roof still looks fantastic, the company was real easy to deal with and the only thing that was so/so is that 2 years later, I am still finding roofing nails in my flower bed! Although, I think it would have been pretty impossible for them to get ALL of them- so, full marks for Al!

These guys did an awesome job on my dads roof. Good workmanship and not a spec of shingles or nails on ground.

The guys were very fast and thorough and wore safety equipment to protect themselves. This was the only company that had presented themselves proffessionally. My parents are happy with the job.

Great service! Excellent work. They came when they said they would. They repaired decking as well in a variety of places and repaired a leak that I had. They were great!
