I had 11 Duct vent cleaning + AC coil + Disinfectant service done for my townhome.

Communication was prompt and responsive both on Homestars and the follow-up calls. Quotes were as originally agreed and I did not get any surprise charges; Prestige Duct Cleaning gave a very competitive quote compared to other companies.

Two gents showed up at the estimated time window and were in uniform. Both were professional and courteous. When I requested, they even showed me how dirty my vents were by taking a picture (though would have appreciated a picture post-cleaning!).

But everything was completed promptly and as requested. Would repeat again!

I've used Prestige in the past for carpet cleaning and have always been happy with their service so after our recent renovations, we decided to use them to clean our ducts. I was very happy with the service again this time. The office staff was informative and accommodating; Matt answered my questions and helped me find an appointment to suit my schedule. After recent house reno's, we needed a solid company to do a top notch cleaning our ducts. Based on past reviews, we went with Prestige. The professionalism throughout the whole engagement was great. Our quote was very reasonable, we had regular communication on the arrival of the team and when they arrived, we were greeted with friendly and courteous team. They were all uniformed, wore covers over their boots so as not to dirty the house and as they assembled the vacuum system, they had guards in place so that the walls and doors would not be damaged. When they were done, everything was exactly as it was. I will definitely use their services again.

Very satisfied having gone with Prestige Duct Cleaning to do our vents. We did 15 vents plus AC coil and dryer vent for a reasonable price. Got the quote before hand as was given lots of information by the company's customer service team. Reached out online first, got a quick reply via email, I followed up with a phone call and was able to book for 4-5 days later. Whole service lasted almost 2 hours. They wore uniforms, wore, shoe covers, put carpet runner everywhere they went and were friendly and courteous. I have gone with a different company before which I found on Homestars but I will be going with this one in the future most likely.
