On the day of service, I received a phone call and photos with updates on the cleaning process to ensure I was satisfied. I will recommend Oliva to everyone and will use only them going forward.

-Poor cleaning process, vents and returns, none removed or covered, some missed & bent
-I had to return all moved furniture and cleanup
-Disputed 10 written issues. Their client satisfaction statement we will make it right non existent.

Our light beige carpet with two pet stains was beautifully cleaned at a reasonable cost in a timely manner.
