Shut off valve for outside hose

After shutting off the water to the outside hose, my valve was leaking. The plumber came and he told me it was just a cartridge so I wasn't paying for anything that wasn't necessary. He was fast, efficient, and left the place spotless when he was done.
I use E. Vaillancourt Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and have for the last eight years. I would certainly recommend them.
