Techno Kitchen Refacing

I am a property manager for a furnished rentals company. I manage furnished condos throughout the Toronto area. Frank and Sheri were truely a good find. I have often thought that refacing was a great cost effective way for my investors to give their dated condos a brand new look that would appeal to our corporate clients. It was cost effective and hassle-free - no need to worry about demolition. The only problem was that when I inquired about refacing at Big Box stores, I found the selection terrible. When I walked into the showroom at Techno Refacing, I knew I found the right place. They had walls of different cabinet options - a decorators dream! So many different options!

When I saw the finished product - I was extremely pleased and "Wow" was what I initially uttered.

Two years ago, I had some major renovations done to my home -- bathrooms, hardwood/ceramic floors, windows, kitchen, etc. Out of all the projects, the kitchen and bathroom refacing project gave me the most satisfaction. While most of the contractors for the other jobs were frustrating to deal with (some were even infuriating), Frank was pleasant to do business with. Our kitchen renovation was the best experience for any project I have done yet. From the development stages right through to the end, we had kind, courteous, prompt, efficient, tidy and considerate workers. Frank was a delight to work with on planning and Mike was a true professional with his work. The end result was more than I thought was possible. I just loved the whole experience. Thank you all.

Our kitchen is approximately thirty years old and although the solid light oak cabinetry was still in relatively good shape, we were in need of a change. Initially we did consider a complete renovation but with granite counter tops and back-splashs installed a few years ago, we decided to investigated several less expensive alternates. Firstly, and the least expense was to paint. Further investigation indicated that paint adherence to the oak due to the open grain nature of the wood could prove a problem. Also, we had some concerns regarding the long term durability and appearance of a painted surface.

My wife found Techno Kitchen Refacing on a web-site and soon after we visited the showroom in Oakville. Although, this was approximately five times more expensive than the paint option, we decided the additional expense an investment in our home. We found Frank to be extremely experienced, informative and professional through the entire process. After several visits and consultations that included Frank bringing several of our preferred sample door styles and finishes to our home. This is a must before making any final decision. Style and finish may look significantly different in your own kitchen from that of the showroom. Installation was scheduled based on manufacturing time and personal requirement. Installation took and week. The installer was extremely professional, courteous, meticulous and considerate of our home. We are extremely pleased with the results and have referred several of our friends. Thanks to Frank and Mike for our new kitchen.

We first met Frank over 2 years ago when we decided to reface our kitchen in preparation for listing our Mississauga home on the real estate market. Techno Kitchens, through the expertise of Mike and Mike, did such an amazing job, our home sold in only 1 day. About six months later, after moving into our new home in Brampton, we were so disgusted with the quality of the builder-basic standard kitchen/bathroom cabinetry that we decided to call on Frank’s help again to reface/upgrade our entire house. First we asked Frank to redesign the kitchen cabinetry by extending both the main counter and the island. What a difference! We couldn’t stop there, so we also refaced three bathroom vanities and added a custom linen closet. Next we replaced the upper and lower cabinets in the laundry room so we could build-in our washer/dryer. Frank also came to our home and designed 3 built-in custom clothes cabinets for the master bedroom. Our latest project was to custom design a rather large wall unit in the great room. Renovating our kitchen with "Techno Kitchen Refacing" was a wonderful experience. Frank (the owner) and his team were highly professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process.
It was our first time renovating, we didn't know much of anything; yet, our new kitchen turned out spectacular!!!
Frank provided advice and guidance on design and selection, he explained very well our different options. My husband and I felt very comfortable talking to him and working with him.
Frank was also extremely helpful with any concerns or problems we had with our kitchen. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done properly, efficiently, and on time. He never hesitated to help in anything he could.
Mike (the installer) was very friendly, professional, and punctual. He communicated about every little detail. He made sure the working area was cleaned at the end of each day, and he was always willing to help.

It's been almost 5 years since Frank and his crew refaced my cabinets and extended the cabinet height with glass fronts. The kitchen still looks new. No peeling or issues. Very pleased with the durability,and craftsmanship. I am happy I went with Frank's company.

I was planning on selling my home and wanted to update the kitchen. I spoke to Frank Silletti, the owner of Techno Kitchen Refacing Inc. and I informed him what I wished to have done. Cabinet doors replaced, boxes refaced and new granite counter installation. He was pleasant and very helpful over the phone and wished for me to come to his samples warehouse in oakville as he had a very large selection of samples for me to choose from. I went to the warehouse and Sherri who was on the floor was very helpful. I was still uncertain what to choose but wanted to go ahead with the work. Frank, himself came out and I asked his advice on style, colour I appreciated his eye for what would look great. I wanted him to go ahead with the job. His pricing was reasonable as I was on a limited budget. I also loved the fact that the boxes would be refaced with wood veneer. Most companies utilize some type of foil. His business was so busy and My line in the queue was 10 weeks to wait and after meeting him and getting to know how the job was done, I did not mind the wait at all. The best things in life are sometimes worth the wait.
Exactly 10 weeks later, right on time, the job was done by Mike. Mike was great. He was friendly and professional and he looked like he LOVED to do what he was doing. Very professional, clean and Punctual work. Quality is very good. Dealing with Frank in early stages was great and Sean (installer) went above and beyond. Always communicated through entire process and kept us informed of progress and any potential adjustments and changes. Painless process. Would definitely use them again.
