We hired Kronos Electrical Contractors to do the full electrical work throughout our home and we are extremely pleased with the work they did. From the beginning, Stan was very knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease with the work that we wanted done. It was obvious that his priority was safety and ensuring that we were comfortable and satisfied with the work. Stan and his crew were able to fit us in quickly (despite a busy schedule) and Stan was consistently available to respond to our questions and quickly deal with any issues while the work was being completed. They were very professional, reliable and efficient - and we are thrilled with the final results! We highly recommend Kronos Electrical Contractors and we will definitely use this company in the future for all our electrical needs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. First of all, though he was nice enough upon our initial meeting, once Stan had the contract his attitude was dismissive. He was always rushed and appeared stressed, as if we were one too many clients.

The work was shoddily done. Two pot lights are eyesores still today: one in my kitchen bares a gaping hole around it where the plaster was knocked off and slapped back on at a later visit; another in my front hallway has casing that is lopsided and leaves a gap between it and the ceiling. Furthermore, when installing a dimmer, the contracter damaged my dining room wall around the electrical outlet, saying all it needed was a paint job. I would expect that no traces of work done should be left by installers. It is not the work of the client/householder to fix damage done contractors.! Stan did come by to inspect, but never sent anyone back to fix it properly. I also had to wrangle with him regarding the price after the fact and at no point did he offer his professional opinion prior to my finalizing my order, which would have resulted in the the installation of fewer pot lights (not knowing just how bright they are, I had far too many installed and probably only needed half of them to serve my lighting needs).

I feel that I have been taken advantage of and now that the company has its money, I haven't heard from them since.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Kronos. Stan was helpful, fast, reliable & very pleasant to deal with. I would strongly recommend Stan for anyone looking for an electrician.

We were referred to Kronos by another company we wanted to fix a problem with our outlet. On the first meeting he seemed nice enough and showed up to provide us with a verbal quote. Afterwards our experience was regrettable. He did not return our calls to confirm our proposed dates for the job but instead just showed up on our doorstep (poor communication). Even though we let him in, he was unapologetic (lacks professionalism). He seemed rushed, did not explain the work being done (poor customer service), damaged our walls and then charged us extra $ for replacing the outlet that we had agreed upon in our initial quote (over charged). Unfortunately we will not use Kronos again and cannot recommend them to others.

Stan was the one chosen from four quotes. He listened to my requests and recommended changes that I needed. His company was recommended to me by a friend. I am satisfied.

Stan was the only electrical contractor to get back to me - I really appreciated his initiative in following up and coming out to give me a free quote on the repair/replacement of our outdoor electrical outlets. Although it took a couple of days to work out the time for the appointment, my schedule was flexible enough that it wasn't an issue. Once he got here the work was done fast and efficiently!

Installed new grounding on all the outlets in the home. Came at a convenient time, worked efficiently, good customer service, decent price. Reliable and professional. Have used a few times, and will use again.
