Your company has done this work for me for the last two (maybe three) decades. The technicians who perform it have been uniformly capable and pleasant. Some of them, such as the gentleman this year, have been coming so regularly over the years that they are familiar faces and you can pick up the conversation from last year. Their suggestions and recommendations are therefore taken more seriously because I know them and trust them. A company which holds on to its competent work force over a long period of time is obviously a good employer, the kind I want to deal with. Keep up the good work!
