Ozone Duct Cleaning

Three months after we moved into our home, we used Ozone Duct Cleaning to clean the ducting system. Todd also checked our furnace, cleaned our dryer vent and central vacuum system. We were so impressed with his service, we used him to clean the ducting system in our rental property. Now, having almost completed major home renovations, we will be calling on Todd again to clean the ducting system once the renovations have been completed. We are very satisfied with Todd's professional service and highly recommend Ozone Duct Cleaning.

Todd the owner opened up his schedule on short notice to do a complete service to my home 5 days after I had a complete replacement of my home's HVAC system. Here is what Todd completed for me:

1) duct cleaning - 32 vents total, including 5 returns (2 upstairs hallway, 1 MBR, 1 floor return in BR, 1 in family room)
2) central vac cleaning, including all 5 outlets (1 main hallway, 1 family room, 1 upstairs hallway, 1 bedroom, 1 basement)
3) dryer vent cleaning (short duct run approx 6 feet from back of dryer to outside wall exit vent)
4) Master bathroom exhaust fan complete removal/cleaning, and surface cleaning and duct blowout for all other bathroom fans

Todd was completely professional, passionate about his craft, articulate in explaining his process and how thorough it was in contrast to other services (e.g. the $250 ones that are in and out in a couple of hours max), and was extremely thorough in the cleaning itself. My home is about 3500 sq ft with a finished basement and Todd was here for 5-6 hours in total - no cutting corners for him! I had not done a proper duct cleaning etc on my home in the entire 13 years I have been here, so I wanted to do it right, so even though Ozone/Todd was not the cheapest for sure, I appreciated how he explained why a more complete process would be worth the "premium". This is important, because I can tell you after thoroughly researching competing services in my area, this is NOT a commodity service!

I highly recommend Todd and Ozone and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Brought in Todd for duct cleaning on a second property we had purchased. This property being a new build had accumulated an excess of dirt and debris from the construction through out. Todd took the ducts from rags to riches and we could not be happier. They are significantly cleaner and could not be happier. Todd was great. He demonstrated deep knowledge of his craft and took the time to explain why his technique is more effective. He showed me some sizeable debris that the other guys' process failed to pick up which was neat. He also took care to male sure his gear didn't do any damage. Would recommend for sure!

When I decided to finally get my ducts cleaned I began researching companies and I was very impressed with the positive reviews that this company received. They were all true. Todd contacted me when he was on his way. Once here explained the process. He was very professional, polite and took care to ensure corners of walls /stair rails were not scratched. Once he started up the machine I could immediately begin to hear dirt and debris being sucked up from the vents. I was surprised to see what was coming out (nails, pieces of drywall, rocks, even a light box socket... wow!! ). I can already tell the difference in the air. I had gone out and came back and right away the house “smelled” different. I’d say the air quality improved right away!! Todd was great! Making contact was quick and easy. Kept in contact as scheduling options/times changed. Really liked the option of paying via e-transfer. Thorough and did just what we needed. Would highly recommend.

they treated my house like their house. drop cloths were used on areas where the hoses may get in contact with a finished or painted surface thus avoiding scratches. they are thorough, polite and professional. also, i have had duct cleaning before and their process was waaaaay better in ensuring superior cleaning is achieved. if you want duct cleaning done in less than an hour, they are not your guy. BUT if you want excellent service and thoroughly cleaned ducts, then its a no brainer, they are the best.

They did everything expected and more - checked the furnance filter, cleaned the bathroom fans and venting. Highly recommend to anyone.
