Todd was thorough, flexible and patient with the work that needed to be done...the front door of our place was in a tricky spot and he managed to do a great cleaning.

Todd was very thorough and took the time to explain our furnace system to us (it includes air exchangers that we didn't fully understand when we moved it).

We feel he did a great job and respected our home.

Honest, professional and thorough. Cleaned the ducts, central vac and 5 exhaust fans in the bathrooms/laundry room plus spent time going over issues with the furnace filter, humidifier and uv lights. Re-arranged their schedule to fit mine and made a referral while at my home for the problems with my ac unit. Would highly recommend.

Todd was awesome, courteous, and he cleaned all the extra fans including clearing old birdsnest. I will call him again next year.

I knew my air ducts needed cleaning and I was searching for a reputable company with awesome reviews. I came across Ozone Duct Cleaning and gave Todd a call for some pricing; he walked me through every step and explained how long it would take. He has really good reviews and the fact that it took two weeks to get an appointment was a good sign. He arrived on time and was very professional and honest. Initially started as a furnace duct cleaning I asked Tom if he offered any other cleaning services and he took me through both the central vac AND laundry cleaning options. On top of that he offered me discounts on both because he was there anyhow. He worked efficiently and effectively - showing me the difference in his service vs. the previous cleaning. Overall it took longer then I had thought but definitely worthwhile in the end.

Todd was a pleasure to deal with. Good detailed service, takes good pride at the work he does. Will be using Ozone Duct Cleaning again for sure for his service.
