360 Roof

Showed up on time and completed the work on time to my satisfaction. The crew was neat and tidy.

This is the second time I have used 360 Roof and I am most impressed. Part of my roof became loose during a wind storm. Called Keith, he arrived next day and temporarily fixed it. He provided a quote, a date was scheduled, his crew arrived on time and cleanup was excellent.
I would highly recommend.

Keith and his team were great - they took the time to get the details right and were polite, tidy, etc (all what one would want around home). I also very much appreciated Keith's advice regarding materials, flashing and detailing tricky areas like around a doorway onto the roof.

Keith did no let my mom down when she needed a new roof for her solarium room. He was very fast and professional. He recommended the proper materials and built the roof to better than building code. After a recommendation from my realtor, I hired Keith and 360 Roof to do a full replacement of both my flat and angled roof areas. I can be a somewhat 'difficult' customer, in terms of asking a lot of questions before and during the process (it's a big investment!). Keith was extremely patient answering them all, and his quote was very reasonable.

His crew were super-efficient and finished the job within a day. I noticed a couple of small issues, that were addressed promptly by the crew coming back the next day, and then Keith himself inspecting the roof and fixing one last request of mine. Can't say enough for the quality of the work and the ease of customer service with this company!

My roof was leaking in my garage. Keith and his team came to look at it and did a good job explaining what needed doing. He graciously adjusted the quote to reflect some changes and his team completed the work within 2’weeks time.
Keith’s responses to texts were quick and he was extremely polite.
In a city where roofers are a dime a dozen (and often not reputable) Keith was lovely to work with.

This past year have used 360 Roof three times. A major wind storm damaged our roof in the spring. Keith and his team came quickly to do an emergency patch. He quoted us for a new roof as the roof was clearly beyond its life span. His team was efficient and professional and completed a new roof and installation of new skylights in one day, including a flat roof and eaves trough guards. Additional work was required due to carpenter ant damage, but Keith and his team were able to deal with that as well. Then during the winter a raccoon damaged the roof causing a leak. Keith responded quickly and the repairs were completed within 3 days, including an innovative solution to stop further raccoon damage. Keith was good at explaining the work required, answering questions and providing solutions. Very responsive.

I had an annoying roof leak with water dripping into my upstairs bathroom through the ceiling vent every time it rained. Keith answered my call, and got back to me the next day with an appointment. (another company I had called twice over a 2 week period promised someone would call me back but they never did). Keith examined my roof and gave me a very logical and clear description of the problem and fixed it the same day. He also had a look at the gutters while he was up on the roof and informed me that they were clean. When he had finished the repair he left me the damaged shingles as proof that the work was required and legitimate. I feel the price he charged was very reasonable and i now trust Keith and would use him again. I highly recommend him and his services!
