Steve was quick and very professional in the replacement project. New flashing system was installed to ensure no leaks.

Steve general contracted a pre-move in renovation for us including 2 kitchens, a bathroom, flooring, and all doors and windows. We are very happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him.

We had Steve replace a 4 ft by 2 ft skylight on the pitched roof of a 3 storey duplex with a Velux skylight with solar-powered blind. Access was difficult, both inside and out, and Steve and his helper did a very careful, safe, and damage free installation. His final price exactly matched his original quote, and the Velux skylight is of excellent quality.

Steve was professional throughout, and thoroughly cleaned after his visit. He carted off the old skylight and all rubbish. He came when he said he would and did the installation within 2 hours.

The only reason this is not a 10 star review is that he could have provided a little more information on our options during the quotation process.

steve gave us an estimate and came in on budget. he came when he said would. he was pretty good with clean up - his helper was not so concientious but his new helper was much better. they very easy to have in our home. we felt safe leaving them in our home and we found steve to be trustworthy. the scope of the job was exactly as he said it would be. he never leaves a hole uncovered - finishing the job in one day. there was no damage to our exterior.

steve was very professional. he came when he said he would come. he made no false promises. he was quick with the installation. there was minimal mess, excellent product and the work that he did made a huge impact. the sun tunnels have opened up the land locked bathroom. the sky light improves the quality of our light so much.
