I was a little nervous but the company consistently kept in touch with me and the crew was amazing. Super happy with the the service, communication and attention to detail! Great workmanship and follow-up, and I would definitely recommend them. I will contact them again for work on my house!

QEW Contracting are basically good intentioned people but it was our experience that they were very disorganized, and for this reason they were unable to fulfill their contracted promises.
If you want your contract to be fulfilled in full than I would not recommend this company.

If I were to give an example from my own experience as per the contract, we signed we picked the product recommended by their salesman and we were highly specific about our choice of product. When the installation crew arrived at our door, they did not know what product and layout had been ordered and when we identified the product, they told us this product was not available and had not been available for three weeks.

We had placed our order five weeks earlier. The alternative products they suggested were lower cost products or the wrong colour. We decided to cancel our contract and told them we would write a review of our experience.

The owner kept using the argument of Covid-19 as an excuse. We hired QEW Contracting on May 5th, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic so we believe they should have planned accordingly.

The owner called us back several times and threatened us with legal action if we wrote a negative review.

He than called us back an hour later to say they had found the product we ordered, (this means the product was in fact available.)

However, I informed him we had already hired another company, that had also quoted for this job.

Our muddy backyard has been transformed into a beautiful outdoor living space last week. These guys were well organized and there was no messing around ... in and out within 3 days. They cleaned up behind themselves every night. Thank you ... we are going to enjoy this summer outside!

My mother is a 76 year old widowed heart attack survivor. When she was approached by QEW to do some work on her house she contacted me. I was very skeptical but did some research and gave her the thumbs up to go ahead. I was worried they may try to take advantage of her as others have done in the past but they seemed on the up and up. Now that the work is done, eavestrough, new windows and a roof, she is super pleased with the results. The company was in contact with her the whole time and kept her up to date on progress. They were quick, clean and very professional. They still come by to check up on her and make sure there are no issues with the work. I must say that I too am very impressed with this company and their representatives. The professionalism and personal care they gave my mom is excellent and above what I could have expected. Thank you for helping her with these issues and making this a great experience all around.

QEW Contracting did waterproofing and parging on the side of our house. We were very happy with how quickly and neatly the job was done. QEW Contracting renovated my bathroom before Christmas and did an absolutely fabulous job. I had a number of things that needed to be done and didn’t really know where to start. Saverio listened to my needs, helped me to prioritize and turned my vision into a reality. He is a man of honesty and great integrity who provides his customers with the confidence to know the job will be done right. He was on the job regularly to ensure everything ran smoothly. He scheduled the trades like clockwork. Pablo and Jorge did an amazing job – such attention to detail. The plumbers were wonderful. We had an issue with the main water valve to the house. Tony and Rob were quick to respond and ensured it was fixed properly. Now I have a beautiful bathroom that fits our needs perfectly. Many thanks to Saverio and his team.
After completing my bathroom renovation, QEW Contracting renovated my kitchen. With Saverio’s help, we chose everything – flooring, kitchen cabinets, counter top and sink. He is terrific to work with always providing sage advice along the way. Once again, Saverio delivered. My new kitchen is beautiful! Pablo worked tirelessly to ensure the kitchen was ready for the new cabinetry. Jorge did a stellar job on the backsplash. Jimmy did a great job with all the lighting and electrical. The under-mount lighting is so nice. All of the trades are very friendly and respectful. They truly are professionals of their trade. Saverio did all the fine tuning to ensure all the trades were here. He made sure I was aware of who was coming when. The kitchen was completed within the anticipated time lines and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

QEW was on the job for the final phase of my home renovation. We did new flooring, new baseboards and a fresh coat of paint throughout the whole upstairs. When you are fortunate enough to find a good contractor, there is no need to look any further. Saverio has never let me down. He does an excellent job of communicating to me as well as his trades people. If any questions arise, he is always reachable and quick to resolve any issues. Thanks Saverio, another job well done!
