Reliance Yanch Home Comfort Barrie

Darrick (11339) arrived promptly as scheduled. He was friendly and polite. He explained the process and completed the job quickly and quietly. A pleasure to have in the house. Reliance installed and services our furnace and services our AC. We're always pleased with their employees and the work they do.

We had a problem last winter at the cottage in Wasaga Beach with the air intake from the furnace freezing up because of the location of the exterior pipe which was not installed by Reliance. The two service calls with our maintenance agreement plan were very helpful in hopefully solving our problem. The two tech's were superb and I would like to thank Derrick and Steve (RCD11360) for their suggestions. We are also waiting on a part for the furnace which was suggested to be replaced under our maint. agreement.

I have been dealing with Darrick for several years. He is extraordinarily helpful, pleasant and is neat and tidy with his work in my home. A welcome member of my "home Maintenance" team. Reliance call center staff are also better than average whether it is booking a call or dealing with account matters. Since we all have to have furnaces around here, I highly recommend Reliance to keep them running efficiently and safely.

I called Yanch at noon today to set up my fall service for my furnace and they were able to have someone here before 1:30. Very impressive! And Josh (RCD11373) provided professional and informative service as he cleaned and tested all of the components. Being on the monthly service plan is the best deal in town! All of my dealings with Yanch have been a solid "10".

New fireplace needed servicing (not great to have to have that happen). That said, Ian came to service it and was on time as indicated, was extremely efficient, pleasant and got the job done proficiently. He had a co-op student with him and gave him very good guidance. very pleasant to deal with. I would have given them a higher rating but in all honesty they shouldnt have to make a call for a new product/installation. I had my doubts about the system with the first installers. At least they sent someone to get it right. I hope its right now.

Service done on the furnace and air conditioning unit today. I was very pleased with the representative Steve Bowden #RCD11360. A very knowledgeable employee. He was very thorough and informative. All my questions were answered.

STEVE BOWDEN A TEAM MEMBER AT RELIANCE CAME TODAY TO SERVICE OUR FURNACE. HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND DID A THOROUGH JOB AT LOOKING AFTER THE FURNACE. HE EVEN CHECKED THE BATTERIES IN THE THERMOSTAT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE THERE! THANKS STEVE FOR BEING SO THOROUGH AND FRIENDLY!

I am a new Reliance customer and recently had my furnace tuned up. The technician (Josh Drynan) was great. He realized that I had recently purchased this home and he was very informative and provided some helpful tips. Great job - thanks very much.

Dan Haley came out to service our equipment and he was wonderful; knowledgeable, friendly and did a thorough job without being pushy. Great guy and experience!! well worth the money!
